With over two decades of expertise, Bronwen Logan is one of the leading voices in the system of Reiki. A key founder in both the International House and Shibumi International Reiki Association, she's also penned multiple books on the system including The Reiki Sourcebook; The Japanese Art of Reiki, Beginning Reiki, Beginning Healing, The Art of Gratitude, The A-Z of Reiki, and Your Reiki Treatment as well developing many meditations to support students and teachers in this work. As abandonment has been a theme in my story as my mother left when I was 6 then I chose to have children with a man in the armed services where being abandoned for 9 months on multiple times over the years. Reiki gave me the tools to heal the wounds of abandonment and the ups and downs of our relationship. We are completely opposite personalities but bring balance. I have found the more self compassion and compassion and love for myself and My husband thought the frame work of Reiki has brought us closer together we merge and become whole. I have done the work and it then began to open enough for the both of us. 22 years of marriage and we are deeply in love content and peaceful. Reiki truly heals
