Course Refunds

COVID-19 Update 2022:

We are teaching in-person classes where it is allowed and will follow any policies set by the authorities in the regions where classes are scheduled. Our ability to teach may also depend upon the changing conditions of country’s borders and entry regulations. If a class is cancelled, please know that we will do our best to teach that class online if necessary or at a later date. 

We currently have a strict no refund policy. If any of the classes are cancelled they will be moved to a new date, which means the money paid for the course will also be moved to the new date.

We do not accept responsibility for changes in students’ personal circumstances and reserve the right to alter/cancel any of the available courses. If there is reasonable cause, students may move their courses forward to a new date after booking and paying for a course. The International House of Reiki must be notified of this 24 hours prior to a course or the student’s course payment will be forfeited.

Refunds for any course including Online Courses are not available. We ensure that all Online Courses have been developed within the guidelines set by Spam Assassin TM and is therefore not responsible for the rejection of any emails by individual ISPs or host servers. The buyer is, however, welcome to contact us to attempt to resolve any issues with email rejection.
