I know those moments of wanting to speak up for myself but remaining paralyzed by lack of worth. The legs that felt powerless beneath me, leaving me stranded and uncomfortable. The words that needed to be said could not be found, but the yearning to speak authentically could not be denied. I also embraced their discomfort, knowing each conscious step was a step forward.

Finding your voice isn’t about speaking louder—it’s about aligning more deeply with your truth. And that is not anyone else’s truth. With experience, you begin to see that you are the keeper of your own truths and their deeper primordial wisdom, Truth with a capital T.

The journey to authentic expression can be complicated. In a world that often rewards conformity, standing in your truth requires courage, dedication, and, most importantly, guidance. I’ve learned that our voice isn’t something we find—it’s something we uncover, layer by layer, like lifting the petals of a seemingly fragile flower to reveal the stem, a core as strong as any backbone.
