What Has Reiki Cost Us? Was It Worth It? (Ep 6): Reiki Women Podcast Episode 210

What Has Reiki Cost Us? Was It Worth It?

After everything we’ve explored about the challenges, sacrifices, doubts, and unexpected costs of a Reiki journey, we arrive at one final question: Was it worth it?

In the final episode of the Reiki Women Podcast’s Questions From a Hat: What Has Reiki Cost Us? series, Bronwen Logan, Michaela Daystar, and Carrie Varela reflect honestly on their journeys with the system of Reiki what changed, what challenged them, and what they never expected to receive in return.

We explore the advice we would give ourselves on day one, the pressure to be “good enough,” and how this series has opened space for deeper self-reflection, honesty, truth-telling, and connection.

Michaela shares a powerful experience from a grief circle for seniors that became an unexpected lesson in presence, synchronicity, and finding our center. Bronwen reflects on one of the most surprising gifts of her journey: a career. Carrie explores the paths we sometimes romanticize, the lives and careers we imagine we might have had, and what happens when we look at those choices with honesty and compassion.

And after all the questions, challenges, changes, and unexpected gifts, we each answer the question: ✨ Was the Reiki journey worth it?

Whether you practice Reiki, are learning the system of Reiki, work as a Reiki practitioner, or are simply curious about what a long-term spiritual practice can change in a person’s life, this conversation invites you to reflect on your own journey.
