You’ve just completed your fourth lesson and you’re well into the heart of Session 1.
You’ve been exploring some really foundational ground like the nature of Reiki itself, the system as a whole, the essence of Shoden, and now the beautiful teaching of San Mitsu, the Three Diamonds.
This is where things start to click together, don’t you think? Hopefully, you’re seeing things from a fresh vantage point. That’s the gift of Shinpiden perspective.
A couple of reminders:
📖 Are you working through your Participant Workbook? The questions in there for these early lessons are really worth sitting with, especially around your understanding of what Reiki actually is. There’s no rush. But if you get the foundation right, it makes everything a lot easier.
💬 Check the Forum There’s a guide to what your daily practice might look like right now in Session 1. Have a read and see how it’s settling in for you. I hope you’re managing to get in some practice each day.
