[Shinpiden+] Almost halfway there and look how far you’ve come! 🌸

You’ve completed Session 2 and you’re almost at the halfway point of Shinpiden+. That’s dedication.

I know it’s never easy to keep going when a practice is self-paced, but you’re doing it.

In this session you’ve explored the Five Elements of the system deeply. There was the history, the Gokai (Five Precepts), the beautiful world of Waka poetry, Tenohira, and a deepened Kokyū Hō practice.

These are lessons from the living heart of Usui Reiki Ryōhō, and now they’re a part of you in a whole new way.

A few things to tend to as you move into Session 3:

💬 Head to the Dojo there’s an updated daily practice guide to support you through Session 3. This is where your practice really starts to deepen and integrate, so keeping that daily commitment is so important right now.
