Connection: This day reflects the Taoist and Buddhist acceptance of life’s impermanence and continuous flow, akin to the Reiki precept of letting go of anger. Life, like a stream, is in constant motion, and serenity comes from moving with it, not against it.

Quietude and Active Life: Embracing life’s flow prepares us for change and challenges. When we learn to navigate life’s currents with grace, our active periods become less turbulent and more harmonious.
