How to Join in Chanting
To chant from the hara (腹 – belly), focus your attention on the area about two inches below your navel. Breathe deeply into your hara, allowing your abdomen to expand. As you exhale, chant “Choku Rei” while maintaining awareness of your hara. This grounded chanting technique enhances the potency of the mantra and strengthens your ki, reminding you of your divine spirit.
